Ajet Flight Delay & Lack of Seating at Antalya Airport with Young Children

Our Ajet flight suffered a frustrating four-hour delay, two hours each way. To make matters worse, upon arrival at Antalya Airport with two young children, we found a complete lack of seating. Explaining this to the Ajet ground attendant resulted in nothing but indifference. He simply handed me a brochure stating my rights and coldly suggested "take it, read here." when I expressed our need for a place to sit, his response was dismissive: "then cancel your flight." Requesting a rescheduled flight was met with another unhelpful suggestion: "let's put it on another day." Adding insult to injury, his offer of compensation for the forced overnight stay was a flat-out "no." Customer service proved equally unhelpful. Their response of "we are not interested, you should be served something hot" seemed to completely miss the point. It wasn't about food or drink; it was about basic passenger comfort, especially for young children. "First find a seat for your passengers" should be the priority, not a dismissive afterthought. This entire experience with Ajet has been a source of immense frustration. It falls far short of the service I expected when booking the flight. While they claim an association with Turkish Airlines (#THY), this ordeal has nothing to do with the standards I've experienced with that carrier. Moving forward, I will be exercising all my legal rights. A formal complaint against Ajet will be filed to address this unacceptable treatment.
