BudgetAir Flight Cancellation and Delayed Refund
Our confirmed flight ticket was unexpectedly canceled by BudgetAir! We haven't been given any explanation for this cancellation and we're still waiting for our refund. We expect a prompt solution and strongly recommend others to refrain from booking with BudgetAir and Skyscanner (used for price comparison) until this matter is resolved.
It's quite frustrating that BudgetAir decided to cancel our flight with a connection in China, especially after confirming our booking. It's really disappointing. This situation is completely unacceptable and has left us in a difficult position, with no flight and a financial loss.
