BudgetAir Albania Ticket Complaint - 2 Canceled, 1 Stuck

I bought 3 tickets to Albania through the Budget Air website. Although two tickets were canceled on the same night because they were cheaper, one ticket was not affected. In order to prevent any unfortunate incidents, we also made sure to purchase insurance. We have made numerous attempts to contact the company and the airline through various channels, including email and social media. Unfortunately, because the call center primarily speaks Serbian, verbal communication has been impossible. Can you please help me cancel my ticket? BTR-1088194
