Mytrip Delayed Refund for Canceled Airline Ticket
A few months ago, I purchased round-trip airline tickets through Mytrip. However, my return ticket was canceled by the airline (Air Albania). Consequently, I contacted Air Albania to cancel my outbound ticket and requested a refund. They assured me that the refund was processed. Since I bought the ticket through Mytrip, the refund should be deposited into my Mytrip account. However, Mytrip has failed to refund my money for weeks. Despite numerous support requests, they keep telling me to wait. I purchased my tickets through their website, so they should handle the refund process. Instead, they keep redirecting me to the airline and asking me to resolve the issue myself. I've followed their instructions. Air Albania confirms that they processed my refund.
