Air Albania No Reply on Return Flight Change

Hello there, I bought a ticket on Air Albania for a flight from Istanbul to Tirana. The dates are from December 29th to January 1st. So, get this, a couple of days back, I found out that my return ticket got canceled and I gotta switch it up. I picked a flight from the options they gave me, but I haven't gotten any confirmation yet on whether they accepted my choice or not. The company I bought the ticket from suggests reaching out to the airline, but unfortunately, we haven't received any response to our emails. I'm just sitting here, waiting for a response about this matter. Thank you for your help.
