Budget Montenegro Cancels Booking #896630 at Podgorica Airport Without Explanation

On July 7, 2026, my car rental booking under reservation code 896630, made via Enuygun.com at the Budget desk in Montenegro Podgorica Airport, was cancelled without any reason provided. Although I waited at the counter from 8:00 AM onwards, staff did not begin processing transactions until after 9:00 AM, and subsequently conducted procedures in an extremely slow and stalling manner. After some time, they halted the process entirely without offering any explanation and refused to fulfill my rental.

I had paid 11,456 TRY via Enuygun.com for this rental, yet following the cancellation, neither Budget nor Enuygun reached out to me. When I attempted to contact them myself, I was repeatedly brushed off with statements like "we will inform you," without any concrete solution being provided.

Due to both the hardship caused and the unacceptable nature of this behavior, I demand a full refund of the 11,456 TRY I paid. Furthermore, I request that the Budget personnel at Podgorica Airport be warned regarding customer communication and workflow management, and that necessary training be provided on this matter.
