Budget Still Hasn’t Refunded My Deposit After 28 Days
On August 15, 2014, I rented a car from Budget at Podgorica Airport in Montenegro. It’s been 28 days, and the ₺10,057.98 deposit I paid still hasn’t been refunded. I’ve tried reaching out to Budget, but I haven’t been able to get in contact with anyone who can help. This delay is unacceptable, and I need assistance in resolving this issue.
I’m asking Budget to process my refund immediately. It’s frustrating to have no point of contact or proper communication from the company. I expected better service and transparency from a brand like Budget.
