Budget Charged My Card Twice After Returning Car in Makkah and No Refund Yet

Renting a car from Budget's Makkah branch in Saudi Arabia, I returned it without any problems. When I got back to Turkey, I saw they charged my card twice—once for ₺700 and then for ₺5600—without any explanation. Though they are taking money from my account without explanation or justification, I have not even had my deposit returned. This is quite alarming, and I find myself wondering what these fees cover. I am quickly asking for a refund of my deposit as well as the illegal charges. Budget has not communicated or addressed this issue; thus, it is unacceptable. I hope they act quickly to correct it.
