I bought a Buderus boiler three years ago, but it has been faulty ever since. Despite the service's repeated assertions of an electrical malfunction, I am an electrical technician and know that this is not the root cause of the problem. I live in a 46-unit building with other residents who have Buderus combi boilers, but mine is the only one that is broken. When I call the service, they acknowledge the problem but claim that they are unable to replace the faulty part. To make matters worse, I specifically extended the warranty for this reason, but the service did not arrive until after the warranty period had expired. It's as if they purposefully delayed servicing my boiler until it was no longer under warranty. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. As a customer, I expect quality service and prompt repairs.
