Ferroli's Terrible Authorized Service and No Replacement Warranty

I'm not happy with the authorized service that Ferroli gives. Even though the warranty was still valid, they wouldn't replace my broken combi boiler. Even worse, the service technician they sent did more damage to the unit's plugs and cables. Because of this, my house no longer has heat or hot water in the winter. Ferroli's lack of professionalism and customer service makes me feel ripped off and like I'm not important. Even though I've tried to get in touch with the company many times, I still haven't gotten a good answer. It is wrong for a company to sell broken products and then not honor their warranty agreements. I want Ferroli to fix my broken boiler as soon as possible so I can keep my house warm and have hot water. Even though I've only had this boiler for 5 months, the fact that it's already broken is not okay. I want a quick fix to my problem because I'm very upset with how careless their service has been.
