Waiting Over Two Months for Buderus Boiler Part Replacement Without Heating or Hot Water

Around two months ago, our Buderus boiler malfunctioned. When the authorized service technician came, they informed us that the main heat exchanger was broken and would be replaced once the part arrived. However, despite numerous follow-ups, we are still being told that the part has not arrived. The service center says they have requested it, but Buderus hasn’t sent the replacement. Every time we call customer service, they claim they’ve flagged the issue as urgent, but there’s been no progress. With winter approaching, we still have no hot water or heating. I deeply regret choosing Buderus and expect immediate action to resolve this issue.
