Ferroli's Terrible Authorized Service and No Replacement Warranty
I'm not happy with the authorized service that Ferroli gives. Even though the warranty was still valid, they wouldn't re...place my broken combi boiler. Even worse, the service technician they sent did more damage to the unit's plugs and cables. Because of this, my house no longer has heat or hot water
