Protherm Boiler Service Unresponsive Despite Warranty
I called for service on my Protherm boiler, which is still under warranty, but the experience has been frustrating. I requested the visit after 4 PM, yet the technician arrived at 3 PM, saying, “We’re heading out of the area, so if you’re home, we’ll come now.” When I contacted customer support, they gave me the service number, but no one answers.
Despite paying for extended warranty options (for which they’re asking an additional ₺8,000), Protherm is failing to provide reliable support. My issue remains unresolved, and I’m requesting immediate assistance to address the boiler issue properly.
