Buderus Overcharged Me for Maintenance Service Despite Website Price

On September 28, I scheduled a service appointment with Buderus for maintenance and installation cleaning. While the company’s website listed the service fee as ₺4,000, I was quoted ₺5,750. When I pointed out the website price, I was told, “those prices are wrong, we don’t provide the service at that rate.” I then contacted the headquarters and was told the fee was ₺5,700. After I reiterated that the website clearly stated ₺4,000 and said I would report the matter to the Ministry of Trade, I received a call about two hours later confirming that the service would be provided for ₺4,000. I will also file an official complaint with the Ministry of Trade against a company that misleads consumers in this way. I request that the matter be thoroughly investigated to prevent similar grievances in the future.
