Bosch Authorized Service Charged Us A High Price For The Cleaning Supplies

The authorized service representative introduced us to four cleaning products during the installation of our Bosch appliances, insisting that we purchase them in order for the appliances to function properly. He claimed that the appliances would not function properly without these items. He sold us four Bosch-branded cleaning products for 1250 TL each, indicating that their normal retail price was 400 TL each, but he offered us a discount of 250 TL each if we purchased them during installation. When I looked at the prices on Bosch's website, I discovered that the actual retail price for each cleaning product was only 150 TL. This discrepancy was confirmed when I contacted Bosch customer service. It is clear that we were overcharged by around 700 TL for these cleaning supplies. Our trust in the Bosch authorized service has been eroded as a result of this experience, and we feel cheated and disappointed. We strongly urge Bosch to look into and address such pricing practices in order to ensure fairness and transparency for all customers.
