On 25/09/2024, I contacted the technical service of Kadıköy Major Appliance and Electronics due to a capacitor failure in my Samsung dishwasher. The technician who came only replaced the capacitor and charged me ₺3,200, which included the service fee. After doing some market research, I discovered that this price was significantly above the average. This company is engaging in price gouging and taking advantage of consumers. When I tried to reach out to the company, I couldn't get a satisfactory explanation. To safeguard my consumer rights, I have filed an official complaint with the Ministry of Trade. My advice to other consumers: always get quotes from multiple services before proceeding. If you face price exploitation, report it to the Ministry of Trade without hesitation.
