Buderus Combi Boiler: Mainboard Replacement Delay Freezes Home

Our new Buderus combi boiler is not working properly because of problems with the mainboard. We've been waiting for this part for a long time now and customer service hasn't given us a helpful response. Yesterday, when we were talking to customer service, they told us that the mainboard will be delivered in about 20 business days. Wow, this feels like forever. Our house is really cold, and we don't have any hot water. We're really upset about this situation caused by Buderus, and we plan to take legal action, including asking for a refund for the heating system.
