I purchased 32 Buderus GB012-25k combi boilers for our flats on our site. However, the product pictured below started malfunctioning just one year after purchase. Despite replacing the ejector and another small part, the issues persist. Buderus offered to refund the purchase price from two years ago, but the amount is significantly lower than the current market value. They claim the model is no longer available and cannot provide an equivalent service. This level of insensitivity and lack of solution is a disappointment from Buderus in Turkey, and it doesn't align with German quality standards. I spoke on the phone with Buderus in Germany at +49 89 69 339 339, and they indicated that I need to resolve the issue with Buderus in Turkey. If Buderus in Turkey does not provide a solution, they advised me to resolve it through the Consumer Arbitration Committee or through the court.

The next day, they called quickly, a different Buderus service came, but they found the faulty part that other Buderus services couldn't find and diagnosed correctly, meaning we understood that other Buderus services had unnecessarily replaced the boiler, unnecessarily replaced the heat exchanger, and unnecessarily replaced a valve. This new service directly identified the faulty part (the regulator part was punctured, continuously losing water) and tried to fix the issue, but since we had been repeatedly inconvenienced for a long time, we requested the complete replacement of the boiler... We are waiting for the result!

Yes, after waiting for weeks, they finally called me, and they offered to refund the payment I made, which was around 3,500 TL, in 2021, at the amount I paid on the invoice date :) while last month I bought a boiler of that caliber for 23,000 TL :) should we laugh or cry? If a German company/brand does this, it's unfortunate and unbecoming... I told them on the phone that I wouldn't accept it and asked them to continue repairing my boiler, let's see what the outcome will be.

Yes, they came the day before yesterday, they replaced the heat exchanger, the process progressed slowly, but of course, the influence of Şikayetvar is significant, they solved the problem in some way. Although what we actually wanted was a new boiler, after so many part replacements, we wanted either a new boiler or a refund of the actual boiler price, but they did not agree to this. However, they did not leave us in the lurch either. For this reason, I am giving a middle rating. Neither good nor bad, the minimum necessary was done by Buderus.
