Bosch Service Failed to Fulfill Necessary Maintenance Service

The combi boiler (Buderus - known as one of the best) broke down four days ago. Bosch service technicians came to inspect it, identified the issue, and then contacted us for approval to order the necessary part. Once approval was granted, the payment was made, but the part hasn't been delivered or installed yet. This happened in a hotel in Sultanahmet. Can you imagine the inconvenience of staying in a hotel with no hot water? It's embarrassing for both guests and the hotel. While they excel in advertising with slogans like 'I'd rather lose money than lose people's trust,' their actions fall short. We had a similar situation with a Vaillant combi boiler, and they responded within 2 hours on the same day, providing the needed service, whether it was a part replacement or a repair. The lack of service here is concerning, and it makes you wonder what they would do if this happened abroad. Customer satisfaction is severely lacking.
