I purchased a Buderus boiler on April 28, 2023, expecting a high-quality product. However, within just six months, it began to fluctuate between hot and cold water. When I called for service, the technician blamed the issue on limescale in the water, suggesting that treated water be added to the system. They showed me tiny particles as evidence, cleaned the heat exchanger, and charged a service fee.
Before even reaching the one-year mark, the same issue recurred, and again, I was charged for service. Now, at just 1.5 years of use, the boiler has malfunctioned for the third time with the exact same issue. I am frustrated and exhausted with this continuous problem and the recurring service fees. I demand Buderus address this defect without additional charges, or I will be forced to take my case to the Consumer Court for resolution.
