On April 20, 2026, I deposited ₹500 into my Parimatch sports betting account. The amount was successfully deducted from my payment method and fully processed. However, instead of appearing in my main balance, it is shown as locked under a sports freebet bonus.
I did not intend for this deposit to be converted into or locked as a sports freebet. I want to be able to use or withdraw my own money freely without restrictions. On the same day, I created a support ticket regarding this issue (ticket number #94783364), but the problem has not yet been resolved.
I am requesting that the sports freebet bonus be canceled and that my ₹500 be transferred back from the bonus balance to my main balance so I can use or withdraw it normally.
