I Need Refund for Unauthorized Tracelo Subscription Charges

I noticed several unauthorized charges from Tracelo on my Mastercard issued by Eurobank (eurobank.gr), even though I have never used or registered on your website. On April 17 and April 19, there were two holds of 0.62 EUR and another hold of 0.X EUR (small amount), followed by a much larger charge of 39.95 EUR. I did not make these transactions and have never made any purchase, subscription, or authorization for payments to Tracelo. I see this as an unauthorized and unjustified withdrawal from my account. I request an immediate full refund of all amounts charged or held by Tracelo and the cancellation of any possible subscription or account that may have been created in my name without my consent. I also ask you to investigate how my card details were used and ensure that no further deductions will be made from my card.
