Lenovo LOQ Laptop Can’t Run Solar Fire v9—Request Replacement

I purchased a Lenovo LOQ laptop on April 10, 2026, from the MediaMarkt Ankara Kızılay AVM store in order to install and use the Solar Fire v9 program, which my spouse needs for professional purposes. However, despite trying multiple times over several days, we have not been able to install the program successfully, and we have been unable to use the device for its intended purpose at all.
Since we bought this laptop specifically to run this software, the device is currently useless for us. This situation has caused both financial loss and frustration. We regret purchasing this product. For this reason, we sent the laptop to Lenovo’s authorized service center with a return request, but so far we have not received a positive response.
We are requesting a replacement with another model in a similar price range that can run the Solar Fire v9 program without any issues. I kindly ask that our complaint be taken into consideration and that our issue be resolved as soon as possible.
