Buddy.Ai Not Recognizing Active Subscription After Reinstall
I purchased a 6-month subscription for the Buddy.Ai English learning app. Today, after deleting and reinstalling the app, I logged in using my Google Play account (c***************@gmail.com), which was used to purchase the subscription. However, the app does not recognize my subscription and keeps asking me to buy it again. I am not receiving any error messages.
In addition, I want my daughter’s progress in the app to be restored, as all of her learning data has disappeared after reinstalling the app.
I emailed the app’s support team to resolve the issue but have not yet received a response. I request that my existing subscription be reactivated, that I regain full access to the app, and that my daughter’s progress be restored.
