British Airways Issued Partial Refund After Cancellation and Withheld Balance

In December 2024, the round-trip flights I purchased from British Airways between Istanbul and New York were canceled for a total of four passengers (R** S**, A** S**, E** S**, M** S***) under reservation numbers PRI3J8 and pspasw. I paid approximately $4,000 for these tickets by credit card. However, after the cancellation, only a partial refund of approximately $644 was issued, and the remaining amount has not been refunded to me. For the past 11 months, I have repeatedly contacted customer service by phone, and each time a case was created and I was told that the process would be expedited. During my most recent call on October 29, 2025, I was informed that the issue was caused by an error on their side and that it would be resolved. Despite this, the remaining balance has still not been refunded, and I have not been provided with clear information about which passengers, if any, were included in the partial refund. I am requesting that the full remaining balance be refunded to me as soon as possible.
