Bright Learn Fast Charged Right After Trial Without Notice—I Want a Refund

Right after the trial period of the Bright Learn Fast app ended, I was shocked to see that ₺2000 was automatically withdrawn from my account for an annual subscription. I received no prior notice, no confirmation screen, no email—absolutely nothing. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to charge users without their consent.

I never agreed to continue the subscription past the trial. I immediately canceled the membership as soon as I saw the charge and plan to delete the app permanently. I do not want or intend to use this app for a year, especially after such a negative experience.

I demand a full refund of the ₺2000 that was withdrawn without my approval. It is unethical to charge customers this way, especially when there’s no communication or visible cancellation option before the transaction. Bright Learn Fast needs to take accountability and resolve this issue immediately.
