I Started a Free Trial on Bright Learn Fast and Got Charged Automatically

On August 13, 2025, I started a free trial on the Bright Learn Fast app using my Android device. Before the one-week trial even ended, the app attempted to withdraw ₺2,199 from my account without my consent, and an automatic paid subscription was activated. I do not want this membership, and I have already deleted the app from my phone.

Inside the app, there is no option to cancel the subscription or delete my account, and I was unable to reach any customer service contact number. I live in Antalya, and this is the first time I have experienced such an issue.

I request that my subscription be canceled immediately and that no charges be applied to my account. I also ask that Bright Learn Fast provide a clear and accessible way for users to cancel or manage their subscriptions in the future.
