Bright Learn Fast Charged Me for 1-Year Membership Without My Consent During Trial

Hello, I signed up for the free trial of the Bright Learn Fast app, just to see if it would be a good fit for me. However, when I went to cancel just two days later, I discovered that the app had already charged me for a full year’s membership without asking for confirmation. I never agreed to a yearly subscription, and I was shocked to see the money withdrawn from my account without notice.
I’ve tested several similar apps before and canceled during their trial periods without any issues. None of them automatically locked me into a ₺-level annual payment. This app, on the other hand, didn't even wait until the trial ended. There was no clear warning, no proper subscription page that notified me of the terms. It just charged me outright.
I’m not interested in continuing this membership. I didn’t find the content useful, and I certainly didn’t intend to pay for a year in advance. I demand that my subscription be canceled immediately and that the full amount be refunded to my credit card. This situation is extremely frustrating and needs urgent attention from your support team.
