Bright Learn Fast Charged Me Without Consent and Refused to Refund My Money

I downloaded the Bright Learn Fast app and was shocked to find that it withdrew money from my account without asking for my approval. I never authorized the payment, never confirmed any subscription, and yet they still managed to charge my card. This is completely unacceptable.

Naturally, I reached out and requested a refund, clearly explaining the situation. However, my request was ignored, and no refund was issued. This is not how a company should treat its users. You can't just take people's money without consent and expect them to stay silent.

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. I demand my ₺ refund immediately and expect proper attention to be given to this matter. You cannot gain customer trust by tricking people into unwanted charges. I hope someone at Bright Learn Fast sees this and finally does the right thing.
