Bread Pay's Lack Of Email Support For Urgent Financial Assistance
When I required assistance, decided to reach out for help by sending an email, regrettably they gave no response, this was especially aggravating because I needed my statement immediately for another financial transaction,I couldn’t place a call but tried to reach them via other means but I guess they only offer help in one way only. I depend on this service for crucial payments, I have yet to pay more..additional payments to process and now I'm feeling quite concerned about whether I'll receive the necessary support when it's most crucial. quite inconvenient to not have the option to contact customer service via email as well I mean it’s one main way…many companies now provide comprehensive online support options to accommodate customers
