Bread Pay's Lack Of Email Support For Urgent Financial Assistance

When I required assistance, decided to reach out for help by sending an email, regrettably they gave no response, this was especially aggravating because I needed my statement immediately for another financial transaction,I couldn’t place a call but tried to reach them via other means but I guess they only offer help in one way only.
