Garanti BBVA Won’t Let Me Access the App or Contact Customer Service Without a Card
I’m trying to get in touch with customer service to log into the mobile app, but it keeps asking for a card number, and I don’t have one. I can't reach a customer representative without a card. I need to make some payments today, so I have to get into the mobile app to take care of that. Could you help me out with this problem? If you don’t contact me, I can’t get a hold of you. I’ve been trying for hours to find a way to get in touch with customer service, but no luck so far. This situation is really stressing me out because I need to access my payments urgently.
