Afterpay Customer Service Wait Time Is Delaying My Work

the service response times are always much longer than what's advertised. they always say that the slowest they can answer is in 24 hours, but rarely get an answer in that time frame. most of the time, you won't hear back days. once, they closed my account without telling me, had to wait two weeks for the problem to be fixed. My issue right now is the account limits. My transfer limits have been lowered for some reason, making it harder to handle my money. called customer service,said I need to send bigger amounts of money to meet my financial obligations and schedule, but it is taking too long to respond, so I can't d anything now, they should be able to keep their promises but I guess their work ethic is what it is.
