Boyaa Texas Poker Charges $58 but Fails to Deliver Purchased Chips

Yesterday at 10:05 PM, I purchased in-game chips worth approximately $58 using my debit card on the Boyaa Texas Poker app. Although the payment was successfully charged to my card, the chips were not credited to my account.

My in-game username is Ömer g*, and my ID number is 165***. I have experienced the same issue before, and this situation has seriously damaged my trust. Because I did not receive the product I paid for, I am requesting a refund of the $58 charged to my card as soon as possible.**

I am requesting that the chips paid for either be immediately credited to my account or that the full amount be refunded to my card.
