Boyaa Poker Charges $46 but Fails to Credit Purchased Chips

Today, I made three separate payments using my debit card in the Boyaa Poker game. Within the last 20 minutes, despite depositing a total of approximately $46, the chips I purchased were not credited to my account.

I have receipts and transaction records for all of these payments. Despite this, no chip balance appears in the game, and I am requesting that this issue be urgently reviewed.

I am requesting that either the chips corresponding to the $46 I deposited be immediately credited to my account or that the full amount be refunded to my debit card. I also request that a live support option be made available so that issues like this can be resolved quickly.
