Yesterday I purchased 50,000 gold through Playsultan using a Global card for ₺2,500. The amount was successfully deducted from my card, and I can clearly see the transaction in my payment history. My account information is User ID: 18821*.
Earlier that same day, I made four separate purchases of 50,000 gold, and all were credited to my account without issue. However, on the fifth attempt, the gold was never delivered. During the purchase process, I also received an error message within the game, even though the payment still went through.
After noticing the issue, I contacted Playsultan customer service. They requested that I send a screenshot of my bank transaction history, which I immediately provided. Despite this, the gold has still not been credited to my account since last night. I can still log in to my account and there are no restrictions, which confirms the issue lies with the transaction processing.
This is the first time I have ever experienced such a problem with Playsultan, and it has caused significant frustration. I demand that the 50,000 gold I paid for be credited to my account immediately, or that a full refund of ₺2,500 be issued without delay.
