Today, I noticed that 300₺ was withdrawn from my bank card for a transaction linked to an app called Toptop Games, which I have never installed, used, or authorized. In my banking transaction details, the description clearly shows “Toptop Games”, and I only received an SMS notification about the charge.
This card is entirely in my possession—there has been no case of theft or loss—yet the payment was still taken without my approval. I attempted to reach out to Toptop Games customer service, but I could not find any active communication channel. I also contacted my bank, but they informed me that they could not cancel the transaction or file a spending dispute.
This is a fraudulent and unauthorized payment, and I am demanding a full investigation into the matter. The 300₺ that was wrongfully charged must be refunded immediately. Customers should not have to deal with unauthorized deductions and the lack of support from both the platform and their financial institutions.
