My Faulty Bosch Thermosiphon Not Repaired Under Warranty

I have a Bosch water heater, and the tank is leaking. Even though the warranty is still valid, Bosch representatives are saying they can replace it with a new one. However, they mentioned that it will cost 4500 ₺ because there is no grounding at the connection point. Of course, I can't agree with this explanation because the tank leak has nothing to do with grounding. Other service representatives have confirmed this. So, apparently, the tank is leaking. They say it could be because of pressure or a faulty product. In the building, they didn't install a grounding system because it's old. The kitchen has Bosch appliances that have been used for over 10 years without any issues. They gave me a call and offered to help me out in a professional manner, saying, "we'll cover half the cost of the device." This feels weird and doesn't make sense. Bosch isn't keeping up with their warranty responsibilities. I don't have any expectations, but I just want to give a heads up to anyone thinking about buying from Bosch. I'm disappointed as a loyal Bosch customer. I plan on reaching out to consumer arbitration.

On November 23, 2023, at 10:14 am, I received a call from Bosch customer service. The caller's name was Ms. Çiğdem. They said, "We offer you 4000 TL instead of 4500 TL based on your complaint on social media." They are not calling me to say that they will replace my product under warranty, but they continue to negotiate. With every call or offer, they act against Consumer Rights. If they can offer 4000 TL, they can also offer 4500 TL. But they still haven't understood what the problem is. The issue is not with me but with the defective product not being replaced under warranty. Of course, it is not possible for me to accept their offer. I have fulfilled my commitment by paying for the product and made a contract with Bosch, but Bosch is not adhering to the contract and not replacing the product under warranty. If the fault were user-related and out of warranty, no offer would be made according to their procedures. The mentality of "the more money we can get back, the better" does nothing but harm the Bosch brand.
