Bosch Washing Machine Leaks, Warranty Denied
I purchased a Bosch washing machine around 8-9 months ago, and now it's leaking water from the door. When I called the service, they told me that the rubber seal was ripped, and it's not covered by the warranty, so I have to pay 850 TL. I reached out to customer service and even talked to the people in charge at the head office, but the result stayed unchanged. It's not because of something the user did wrong; they say it could happen while doing laundry. I have all Bosch appliances at home, but I'm not happy with the washing machine I bought. I won't think about Bosch anymore. Don't bring this brand into your house.
