I Face Ongoing Battery Failure With Bosch BCH65RT25K/02 Cordless Vacuum

I own a Bosch BCH65RT25K/02 cordless stick vacuum, which I initially brought to the Bergama, İzmir service center because the battery started failing in less than a year. From the start, I reported this problem to the authorized service multiple times, but they never replaced the battery while my warranty was still valid. Instead, they let time pass until the warranty expired, and only then told me that a replacement would require a very high fee (Receipt No: 115020685).

I also contacted Bosch customer service several times, but their response was the same: since the warranty period has now expired, they cannot help. This answer is unacceptable because the problem was first reported while the warranty was still active. The failure is clearly a chronic issue with this model’s battery, and I have been left without a usable vacuum for nearly 7 years.

A premium brand like Bosch should not ignore long-standing customer complaints in this way. I believe my case deserves to be reviewed fairly, and I am requesting that the battery be replaced free of charge under warranty, given the repeated failures and the fact that I initially sought service within the warranty period.
