I Regret Buying the Bosch 18V Vacuum Battery That Died in 2 Years

I bought an 18V/5.0Ah replacement battery for my Bosch cordless vacuum from Bosch Home Appliances two years ago (the current price is ₺5,000). Since it was a spare, we charged and used it occasionally to preserve its lifespan. However, in the past few days, it suddenly stopped working and wouldn't charge. When we placed the order, the email we received had this message: "Thank you for choosing Bosch Home Appliances, known for their superior performance, long-lasting (!) durability, and high quality. We hope you enjoy using them..." I guess by "long-lasting," they actually meant something measured in months. Since the warranty period is over, unfortunately, this will be a significant loss for us. We had so much trust in the brand when we bought it, and now we're just disappointed and regretful.

They called me from Bosch Headquarters, thank you to them. They scheduled a service appointment. However, the attitude of the service staff who came was very strange. Since they didn't try to understand what the problem was, they made a very amateurish explanation by saying, 'This is done for, brother.' I asked what could cause a normally working product to suddenly stop, and whether maybe the circuit inside had malfunctioned, and they said, 'There is no circuit inside this.' I leave the comment and appreciation to the company officials. Afterwards, I was called again by the company and offered a discount for purchasing a new product. Unfortunately, it won't be possible because the price is too high. It really upsets me to have to throw away a Bosch product that I didn't even use constantly after only 2 years. I hope Bosch is satisfied with this approach. An extremely unhappy experience.
