I bought a Bosch Unlimited 7 XXL cordless vacuum from a Bosch dealer about two years ago. For the past month, the vacuum has become almost unusable. Even after a full charge, it shuts off immediately when I try to use it, as if the battery is not holding any power. On top of that, the suction power has dropped significantly, and it leaves dust and debris on the floor instead of cleaning properly.
This issue happens every single time I use the vacuum, making it extremely frustrating. At the moment, I have not yet contacted the authorized Bosch service, and I am unsure of the current warranty status of my device. However, considering the price and brand reputation, I did not expect a product like this to deteriorate so quickly.
I am requesting that Bosch provide a free repair for the vacuum, and if that is not possible, a replacement unit. It is unfair for a premium product to fail within such a short period. I ask Bosch to handle this case urgently so I can finally use my vacuum without worrying about constant battery failures and weak performance.
