I Face Fast Battery Drain and Service Neglect With Bosch BBS712A Cordless Vacuum

I have been using the Bosch BBS712A cordless stick vacuum with 2 batteries since around August 25, 2025. From the very beginning, both batteries have had the same problem: they drain extremely quickly, making it impossible to use the vacuum properly.

Because of this, I took the product to the Media Markt Optimum store in Adana. At the time of purchase, I had been told that the batteries would be replaced under the extended insurance (kasko) if needed. But when I went to the store, I was informed that the terms of the agreement had changed and no replacement would be made.

I also opened a complaint through Şikayetvar and was contacted by the company. They told me to hand over the product to service, saying it would be replaced “once, as a goodwill gesture.” However, after I submitted the vacuum, it was returned to me without any changes or repairs. This made me feel completely ignored and not taken seriously.

Even after contacting Media Markt customer service again, no action was taken. My product is still covered under insurance, and I am requesting that the batteries be replaced, or if necessary, the entire vacuum. I expect this issue to be resolved quickly, as I should not have to continue struggling with a product that cannot function as intended.
