Bosch Washing Machine Shrunken Clothes Nightmare

In the middle of the year 2021, I invested in a Bosch washing machine and dryer. The washing machine, on the other hand, consistently shrinks my clothes. They have received one or two of my service requests, but they insist that everything is fine. We followed the manual's instructions and followed the service's recommendations, but the problem has not been resolved. I need to find a solution to this problem. The most recent time we attempted to contact customer service was on June 19th, and we were unsuccessful. They performed tests and claimed that everything was normal, but the truth is that our clothing is still shrinking, and this phenomenon is occurring with all of the new items that we have purchased. We demand that a replacement machine be provided.
