I purchased a Bosch Serie 4 washing machine, but it has repeatedly torn my clothes during washes. When I reported the issue, B** authorized service** replaced the rubber gasket between the drum and door under warranty, assuring me that the tearing would stop. However, just a month after the repair, the machine tore another piece of clothing.
When I requested a replacement unit, Bosch refused, claiming the issue was due to user error. Worse, G from Bosch support implied that I might have torn the clothes myself before putting them in the machine. How ridiculous is that? Instead of acknowledging the problem, they are blaming the customer.
I was told, "We prefer to lose money rather than lose a customer," but clearly, Bosch has lost me as a customer. I will never purchase a Bosch product again. If this issue is not resolved, I will escalate my complaint further. Bosch should stand behind its products and provide a real solution rather than dismissing legitimate concerns!
