Kuaishou Google Chrome Account Blocked

I am writing about a problem I encountered with my Kuaishou account, which was blocked on 30 April 2026 due to a message stating “Blocked due to unusual activities.” This happened while I was simply trying to practice how to use the Kuaishou platform, exploring its features on my laptop via Google Chrome and also having the app on my iPhone 14. Since that date, I am unable to use my account properly because of this block. I have no information about what kind of “unusual activities” were detected, and I have not intentionally violated any rules or policies. I have also taken a screenshot of the warning message and can provide it as evidence if necessary. I have not been able to contact Kuaishou support because the interface and help resources are mainly in Chinese, and I do not understand the language. For this reason, I feel helpless, as I cannot even explain my situation or request a review through the usual channels. My clear expectation is that my account will be reviewed and unblocked as soon as possible and that the Kuaishou app and support options will be made available to me in English so that I can understand the system, contact support when needed, and use the platform safely and correctly. I kindly request that you inform me in English of the specific reason for this block and confirm when my account has been fully restored.
