Unfair Sugo Ban For Profile Image - Urgent Help Needed
My Sugo account with User ID +96179357*** was permanently suspended on 30/04/2026 because I used a photo of a public political figure as my profile background. The suspension came as a shock to me, as I did not intend to impersonate this person, promote any political agenda, or violate the platform’s community rules in any way. The image was used purely out of personal admiration, and I was not aware that using the photo of a public figure as a background image was strictly prohibited on Sugo. I value my presence on the platform, have invested time into building my account, and I sincerely apologize for this mistake. I am fully prepared to immediately remove or change the background image and update my profile details in line with your policies once my access is restored. In addition, I have friends and social connections on this account that I will lose completely if the ban remains in place, and for this reason I do not wish to open a new account or start over. I kindly request that my case be reviewed fairly and that my account be reactivated, as this was an unintentional breach of the rules.
