FamPay Minor Account Blocked for Fraud Transaction
I am using a FamPay minor account which has been temporarily blocked on 29/04/2026 due to what is shown as a “fraud transaction”. Because of this block, I am unable to use my account and an amount of about ₹110 is currently stuck in the account. I have tried to get help but I have not been able to connect properly with FamPay customer support and I have not received any clear explanation or solution about this so‑called fraud transaction or the temporary block. As a minor user, this situation is causing me difficulty because I cannot access or use the money in my account. I request that my FamPay minor account be urgently reviewed, properly verified and unblocked, and that a clear explanation be given regarding the reason for marking the transaction as fraud. I also request that full access to the blocked balance in my account be restored if everything is found to be in order.
