I Face Electronic Board Failure Right After Warranty on Bosch WGA141X1 Washing Machine

I purchased a Bosch WGA252Z0TR washing machine from an authorized dealer on December 5, 2024, expecting long-term durability from a reputable brand. However, just 1.5 months later, the machine malfunctioned during a wash cycle.
When the Bosch authorized service team inspected the issue, they found that the door seal (bellow) was completely torn. Despite this clear defect, Bosch refused to replace the unit, claiming it was not a manufacturing fault. How can a washing machine’s seal tear on its own in such a short time?
This experience has shattered my trust in Bosch. A high-quality appliance should not break down so quickly, and the lack of proper resolution is unacceptable. If Bosch truly stands by its products, they should replace my defective machine immediately.
I will be sharing my experience on social media and consumer platforms to warn other potential buyers. Bosch, fix this now—replace my unit or compensate me for my loss!

After just 1.5 years of use, the door seal on my Bosch washing machine tore, and to my shock, it’s not covered under warranty. How does this make sense? Shouldn’t Bosch know that this part is prone to tearing and design it accordingly? Either make a more durable seal or cover it under warranty! Now,...

To my surprise, the door seal has already torn, which I consider unacceptable for a product this new. When I reached out to Bosch for support, they blamed me for “user error” and insis...

When we opened the washing machine door, we discovered that the clamp around the seal had become oxidized, and the markings on the detergent drawer had been eras...
