Trendyol Saudi Arabia +966 OTP Not Received - Account Blocked

I have been using Trendyol from Saudi Arabia with the +966 country code, and until 19 April I was able to log into my account and shop without any problems. However, starting from Saturday, 25 April, I stopped receiving any OTP codes when trying to verify my coins or complete a purchase. After several unsuccessful attempts, my account was then blocked and I can no longer use Trendyol. During this period, I had return coins in my account and I had a recent purchase, but I am now unable to access or use my account because I cannot receive the OTP and my account is blocked. This situation is preventing me from using the services I previously used regularly. I contacted Trendyol customer service and explained that I am not receiving OTP messages, but I was informed that they cannot see any issues on their side. I also contacted my telecom operator in Saudi Arabia, and they confirmed that there is no problem with my line or with receiving SMS messages. Despite this, the OTP messages from Trendyol still do not arrive and I remain blocked from my account. I request that my Trendyol account be urgently unblocked and that the OTP system be fixed so I can receive verification codes on my Saudi Arabia (+966) number again. I also want to continue using my return coins and to be able to manage my recent purchase from my account. I kindly ask you to investigate this issue in detail and provide a clear solution so that I can safely access and use my Trendyol account again.
