Bosch Refusal to Accept Return of Defective Washer

I just bought a washing machine with the serial number WGA142X1TR from a Bosch store. Horoz Logistics brought it to me on March 18, 2023. The service tech came the same day and put the machine in place. But after 7 or 8 days, we realized the machine was broken, so we asked for a service call to look into it. The service technician called the service center and was told that this model's front panel tends to shake and that our machine wasn't broken. I went back to the seller to show that it wasn't true. When the panel was touched, at least 10 other machines also shook in the same way. Even though I had proof, they wouldn't take back the broken machine and insist on opening it up to try to fix it. I said no and asked for a return because the machine was broken and I wasn't happy with it. The head office called me more than once, but they didn't solve my problem. So, I'll file a complaint with the consumer council and have my own lawyer take legal action. I've never dealt with such incompetence and disrespect before, and I think it's rude that the service center tried to force us to accept their explanation. The number for the service record is 2601924, and you can look at a copy of the paper that the technician who came to our house signed. If my worries aren't taken care of, I will use all of my legal rights. I am very unhappy and upset.
